The HIV/AIDS Administration provides funding for any individual wishing to receive a free HIV antibody test at any of several sites located throughout the District of Columbia. All testing is confidential and service centers use the new Rapid Test which is painless and provides results in 20 minutes. It is recommended that you contact the provider to confirm the hours as well as the type of tests offered as they are subject to change.
