Realtalk is an sms text based messaging service for youth based in the DC area. Realtalk provides answers for sex health questions. Real talk DC allows youth to text in to a 5 digit shortcode and receive vital health resources and information on their cellphone. Realtalk DC is completely confidential and youth are able to receive services for free at local health clinics, including STD and HIV testing as well as pregnancy and reproductive health services. Teens using the Realtalk DC text messaging service can then keep the health messages and referrals On their phone for future use and/or forward them to a friend.
